When I think of Mardi Gras, the first thing that comes to mind is the iconic colour palette of purple, green, and gold.

These colours have rich symbolism in the Carnival tradition: purple represents justice, green symbolises faith, and gold stands for power.

For a chic and bold look, I create a gradient effect with all three colours or alternate each shade on different nails. I adore this idea of adding a little bit of shimmer to each colour to really make my nail pop in the parade lights.
